Philippe Model Paris offers a flexible return policy, allowing you to return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Access the 'Returns' section on our website and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original Philippe Model box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible.

  Ship Items

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection through our logistics partner using the provided tracking details.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
